Your QHHT session typically spans four or more hours and follows a structured format.

It begins with a dialogue-based interview where you delve into your personal history, challenges, and relationships. Next, you'll enter a regression phase, guided by the practitioner, to revisit past, future, or parallel lives, as well as experiences in other realms.

Throughout the session, you'll communicate with your Higher Self, tapping into your multidimensional consciousness for guidance and healing. Your experience may manifest through various senses, including visual images, auditory cues, bodily sensations, or intuitive insights.

Finally, as you emerge from the deep trance state, you'll reflect on your experience and its impact during a concluding review discussion.
